Terms & Conditions

Part 1 - Your Friend (Referee)

  • Refer a Friend, and your friend will receive a SGD $150 Michael Trio voucher for their first purchase.

  • A minimum spend of SGD $1000 is required to redeem the voucher.

  • The referee must be a new customer to Michael Trio.

  • The discount code will be sent via email within 5 working days and must be used during checkout.

  • This discount code cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

Part 2 - All About You (Referrer)

  • The referrer must be an existing Michael Trio customer.

  • Upon submission of the referral, please allow 5 working days for the unique code to be sent to your friend.

  • The unique referral code must be keyed in during checkout or presented in-store.

  • Referrers will only receive a reward if their referee makes a purchase of SGD $500 or more and completes the order collection.

  • Upon the referee's successful purchase and collection of their order, the referrer will receive their chosen reward voucher* as indicated on the form.

  • Rewards chosen cannot be changed in the future.

*Rewards voucher options:

  • SGD $100 Michael Trio Rewards Voucher (minimum spend of SGD $500 required)**

  • SGD $50 CapitaLand Voucher

  • SGD $100 Michael Trio rewards vouchers will not be stackable with any other ongoing promotions.

  • The voucher is non-accumulative, non-replaceable, non-exchangeable for cash, and not for sale.

  • The voucher is not applicable for the purchase of loose diamond(s).

  • The voucher has a validity period of 1 year from the date you receive it.

  • If complaints are received from people unrelated to you or similar entries to your email were received, you will forfeit the rights to participate in the "Refer A Friend" program.
